The Sustainable Energy Authority Victoria Intranet was enhanced to provide a more efficient access to important information by its users. LDAP was used to recognise the user logged in and the relevant information and access rights were available without additional actions.
A number of modular tools and functions were designed and built such as a calendaring system, a daily news publishing and posting system amongst many others.
The new intranet automated many tasks and enabled various administrators various levels of access to take ownership of the maintenance of the intranet.
